Your training
Every year, a training plan is drawn up for all members of the firm. This training plan takes up the training themes you specified with the site supervisor at the time of your yearly meeting for assessment.
The training offer includes different themes :

training in the professions : shuttering panel, forming, propping, |

safety : quality : SST, CACES, movement and positioning, |
|
management : tutorial training, foreman, site supervisor. |
Training is provided either by outside partners, or by our own instructors, because PERTUY CONSTRUCTION has had its own training organisation "PERFORM" for many years.
