As one of a team in the building yard under the responsibility of the site supervisor, the craftsman/skilled worker has already acquired the basic technical skills of his speciality (masonry, forming...) to ensure the execution of work of quality.

	carries the work entrusted to him through to a successful conclusion;
	makes and works out the tailor-made elements he uses and which have to meet the requirements for setting up the structure;
	ensures the follow up of his work and makes sure that it functions correctly (concrete binding, setting up, adjustments, sealing...).
